President Bola Tinubu Mourns Passing of Veteran Journalist Kabir Yusuf
President Bola Tinubu has expressed his condolences to the family of Kabir Yusuf, a veteran journalist who passed away on Tuesday. Chief Ajuri Ngelale, Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, conveyed Tinubu’s sympathies in a statement released on Wednesday.
Yusuf, known for his tenure as the Federal Capital Territory correspondent for The Triumph Newspaper and Radio France Internationale Hausa, had a distinguished career that included extensive coverage of the State House over many years.
“The president prays for the repose of the soul of the departed and comfort to his family in this time of grief and always,” the statement read.
